Your Role

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE UX DEVELOPMENT, CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & USABILITY ENGINEERING.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead a user-centered design process, defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications to create valuable solutions for diverse needs. You will work end-to-end to ship great products. Join our collaborative and agile team working hands-on with Researchers, Visual UI Designers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Consultants on business-critical projects to create the next generation of insurance experiences.

Your profile

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience doing what you do
• Proven skills in defining user experiences for various applications, products, and platforms with strong knowledge of conception and prototyping
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes
• Experience leading the creation of digital products and platforms
• A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across multiple business verticals
• Fluency in German (min. C1), very good knowledge of English
• Permanent residency in Germany (Employment from abroad is not possible)
