We’re looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer who can take ownership of complex user journeys, craft elegant interfaces, and contribute to a best-in-class design practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in translating complexity into clarity and enjoys elevating both product quality and design processes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead UI / UX design across core product areas—from research and discovery to high-fidelity interface design.
• Transform complex legal and operational workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable design system.
• Define and uphold design standards, principles, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Provide guidance to peers and influence the evolving design culture as the team grows.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UI / UX or Product Design (SaaS, B2B, or workflow-heavy products are a strong plus).
• A portfolio showcasing modern UI work, strong UX problem-solving, and ownership of complex feature design.
• Expertise in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Experience improving design processes and contributing to team best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Based within CET ±2.
