A Snapshot of Your Day: As the Senior Strategy Director (f / m / d), you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving the growth of our business. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance our market position, identify growth opportunities, and increase the competitiveness of our offerings. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement comprehensive compression strategies that align with Compressions mission and growth objectives
- Conduct detailed analysis of the market and competitors to guide decision-making and uncover potential business prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure central initiatives are coordinated across all departments
- Lead and drive cross-functional strategic projects (internal / external optimization organization, competitiveness, structure, collaboration) and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic updates to senior management ensuring alignment with all customers
- Lead on the job development and coaching of team members in- and outside of your organizational boundaries
What You Bring
- Minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience in project companies, with active involvement in all stages of project development and a proven track record of driving projects to Final Investment Decision (FID)
- Deep industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive landscape, with expertise in contract management, negotiation, and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies and making data-informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing an ability to build relationships and clearly convey complex information to collaborators
- Proven leadership abilities, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments, with a willingness to travel as needed
