Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions leveraging emerging technologies such as RPA, ITPA, Virtualization, and Service Automation.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate the feasibility of automation solutions.
• Create reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements before automation.
• Collaborate with SMEs, technical, and functional teams to assess, design, and deploy automation use cases.
• Ensure that automated processes align with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Monitor deployed RPA bots and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide ongoing support for existing automations, including updates and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for all RPA solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Mentor junior RPA developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated on RPA trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
• Continuously upgrade skills through certifications and learning programs.
• Be adaptable to work with multiple automation tools based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory:
• 4 to 7 years of experience in RPA development with hands-on expertise in tools like UiPath, Power Automate etc.
• UiPath Certification (UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or UiPath Certified Automation Developer Professional).
• Proven delivery of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and hands-on experience with RPA/ITPA tools.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end RPA solutions in a complex business environment.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET) and database management (e.g., SQL).

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of databases, including writing/modifying SQL queries and managing database connections.
• Good grasp of SOAP/REST Web APIs, generic handlers, and integration concepts.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Node.js, etc.
• Understanding of HTTP/Internet protocols and system integration.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, Perl, or C#.
• Experience in implementing ITPA solutions using tools like ServiceNow, HPOO, Ayehu NG, or similar.

Project & Methodology Experience

• Experience with project management and tracking tools such as MS Project, AzureDevOps, etc.
• Solid foundation in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in establishing and supporting Centers of Excellence (CoE).

Other Certifications (Preferred)

• UiPath Test Professional, UiPath AI Certification
• Microsoft PL-900 or equivalent
