Role Overview

Our client is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee the full execution of turnkey construction projects across industrial, commercial, and large-scale residential developments. Following onboarding in Düsseldorf, you will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations nationwide—ensuring quality, safety, scheduling, subcontractor management, documentation, and cost control. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you guide construction teams, liaise with clients, and maintain rigorous standards throughout each project phase.
