As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our innovative solution platform in the B2B segment. You’ll win new enterprise clients, strategically develop existing accounts, and land major deals. Working alongside our team, you’ll ensure enabl is recognized as the leading partner for automated, scalable material flow solutions.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B enterprise sales or key account management, ideally focused on software, industry, robotics, or automation solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to truly understand our products and complex client requirements.
- Experience in logistics or material handling technologies is a plus; a degree (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or logistics) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, able to confidently engage decision-makers at C-level and operational level, plus the analytical ability to understand and address client needs strategically.
- Professional presence, willingness to travel (nationally & internationally), and entrepreneurial thinking are simply part of who you are.
- You’re fluent in both German (C1) and English, to be able interact easily within the team and with international clients.
- A Class B driver’s license completes your profile for field work

Your tasks
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle: from identifying and reaching out to new target clients, through developing scalable solutions, to closing contracts
- Serve as the main contact and relationship owner for our most important enterprise accounts, actively steering their development
- Devise innovative sales strategies for our remote automation solutions and act as the central interface between client, tech teams, and management to craft customized, client‑centric solutions at the enterprise level
- Build lasting networks among decision-makers and stakeholders in intralogistics, robotics, and industry
- Identify and establish new use cases with both new and existing clients, analyze their needs, and craft associated scaling plans
- Represent enabl as a compelling sparring partner at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings, positioning us as an innovative solutions provider
