This leading international built asset consultancy has a full-time requirement in Berlin for a Senior Project Manager to lead construction, fit-out, logistics and industrial projects across all phases from early planning and permitting through execution and handover.

You will act as the primary interface for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered successfully in terms of cost, quality, risk and timeline.

You will provide leadership to internal project teams, coordinate external consultants and contractors, support permitting processes, and ensure compliance with German building code and regulatory standards (VOB, HOAI, Bauordnung, LBO, etc.).

This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who can work independently, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality technical and commercial documentation in both English and German.

You will have 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within construction, logistics, fit-out or industrial sectors and a strong knowledge of German building regulations, VOB, HOAI, DIN standards and experience with permitting processes and coordinating with Bauamt/Behörden.
