We’re seeking a (Senior) Product Owner - Client Reporting (m / f / d) to oversee our client reporting initiatives across various products. This role is crucial for transferring best practices, creating synergies, and ensuring the delivery of world-class reporting and dashboard solutions to our clients.

Your Responsibilities :

• Own Client Reporting: Define and shape reporting solutions by understanding user needs, balancing client-specific requirements, and developing scalable, reusable products.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and client needs to inform your reporting strategies.
• Analyze and Improve: Conduct thorough analysis of reports and dashboards, examining KPIs, usage metrics, and gathering feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Prioritize Effectively: Manage and prioritize the team backlog and initiatives in line with strategic goals.
• Collaborate for Quality: Work closely with developers, UX designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality, user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Champion Reporting Solutions: Present your reporting products confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-On Data Interpretation: Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to interpret raw data and calculate KPIs accurately and relevantly.
• Innovate and Optimize: Lead the complete overhaul of reporting for one product line, while optimizing others as needed.

Your Skills :

• Experience: 5+ years in the reporting domain with a proven track record of defining requirements and collaborating with developers.
• Role Familiarity: Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts like dunning, collections, subledger/general ledger accounting, payments, and billing.
• Language Skills: Fluent English; German is a plus but not required.
