We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can own end-to-end user experiences, build scalable design systems, and set the foundation for a world-class design practice. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, creates clarity, and loves turning intricate workflows into simple, intuitive journeys.

What You’ll Lead

• End-to-end design across major product areas—from discovery to polished UI.
• Simplifying complex legal and operational workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Building and maintaining a scalable design system.
• Setting design standards, principles, and processes that elevate quality.
• Mentoring designers and shaping the design culture as the team grows.
• Collaborating closely with PM, Engineering, and AI teams to ship high-quality features.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Product / UX Design (SaaS, B2B, or workflow-heavy tools a plus).
• Strong portfolio showing modern UI, thoughtful UX flows, and ownership of complex features.
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping.
• Experience improving design processes and mentoring others.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Based in CET ±2.
