We assist our clients in expanding their business and geographic reach through guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversions on all major platforms.

Our Performance Marketing team is seeking a motivated Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Retail Media Advertising / Omnichannel (f/m/d) to support our clients' online growth. This is a full-time position based in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on retail media channels.
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns across retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, OTTO, eBay Promoted Listings) and software providers (e.g., Criteo, Mabaya, CitrusAd, Microsoft Retail Media, Skai) to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.
  • Analyzing campaign data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to stay ahead.
  • Leading bi-weekly internal retail media meetings to discuss and resolve current challenges in the sector.
  • Ensuring quality assurance across campaigns and retail media tools.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with retailers and tool providers for seamless campaign execution.
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports with key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
Who Are You?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with 2+ years in retail media advertising (experience with Amazon, Criteo, CitrusAd, Walmart, eBay, OTTO, The Trade Desk preferred).
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and expand your expertise daily.
  • Proven success in managing retail media campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Excellent understanding of retail media platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in e-commerce and retail industry (highly desirable).
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages like German or French are beneficial.
