The role

As aSenior Marketing Data Analyst – ActivesinGlobal Marketing Analytics, you will help shape data-driven Marketing strategies focused on the existing HelloFresh customer base across 30+ markets on 3 continents. Based in our Berlin Headquarters, you’ll partner closely with the Global Actives Engagement Marketing function to drive customer engagement, retention, and overall business performance.

What you’ll do

• Act as a trusted advisorto the Global Actives Engagement Marketing function: understand their challenges, turn data into clear analytical problem statements, and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
• Build and evolve reporting and visualization assetsthat support day-to-day decision-making and strengthen global performance oversight
• Measure, benchmark, and monitorGlobal Actives Engagement performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve key customer and business KPIs
• Lead high-impact analytical projects, partnering closely with Marketing, and also Product and Tech stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment cross-functionally
• Streamline analytical processes, championing scalable, automated and standardised solutions
• Coach and mentor more junior analystswithin Global Marketing Analytics, contributing to a supportive and high-performing analytics community

What you’ll bring

• Amotivated, collaborative mindsetwith strong team-working skills and a passion for solving complex business problems
• 5+ years of experiencein Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field—ideally in a fast-paced B2C or subscription business
• Strong understanding ofCustomer Engagement/ Retention metricsand how they connect to overall business performance
• Astructured, results-oriented approachwith the ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear analytical frameworks and insights
• Solid technical skills, including:
  • SQL and Spreadhseets(required)
  • Tableauor a similar visualisation tool (e.g. Looker, PowerBI)
  • Python(a plus)
• Demonstratedproject ownership and stakeholder-managementskills, especially in cross-functional settings
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain analytical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making
