This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and wants to help shape legal strategy from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal work on M&A, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, from assessment through integration.
• Manage external counsel, budgets, and cross-border legal coordination.
• Oversee due diligence and provide clear, risk-based guidance to stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements.
• Advise on structuring, governance, compliance, and legal risk.
• Contribute to broader legal operations, process design, and internal knowledge-sharing.
• Collaborate with leadership on company-wide strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer.
• 3+ years’ experience in corporate / M&A law, preferably with cross-border exposure.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal project management skills.
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of German is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in broader business, operational, or strategic topics.
• Experience in regulated sectors is a bonus, not a must.
