RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with a team to develop web applications in line with company and client requirements.
• Ensure the highest quality in developing, testing, and integrating features.
• Continuously improve the tech stack and processes.
• Identify and resolve performance issues.
• Support and mentor junior developers.
• Play an integral role in creating agile development processes.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Java, JVM, or OOP.
• Experience with Spring Framework is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of algorithms, distributed systems, data structures, software design, large-scale systems, Linux is beneficial.
• Experience with microservices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Git is advantageous.
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and experience with Hibernate or similar ORM.
• Proactive attitude and positive work ethic.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is not required.
