We are supporting a household name in the luxury retail space in their search for a talented and dynamic Senior Import / Export Coordinator to join their growing team after a recent transformation of their European logistics function. The transformation is part of a long-term period of growth over the past 24 months with a total headcount growth of 6% in the last 12 months.

You will be an essential part of the logistics team ensuring all necessary customs and trade regulations are adhered to whilst supporting on projects to improve logistics processes and coordinating the flow of goods globally to help support the organisation take advantage of recent success and continue on their current growth path.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility for the operational handling of export and import transactions, ensuring continued compliance with all relevant customs and trade regulations.
• Planning and coordination of goods and materials globally, both inbound and outbound.
• Preparation and review of all necessary shipping and trade documentation.
• Negotiation and being the point of contact for 3PL suppliers.
• Proactive monitoring of shipments to anticipate disruptions and implement measures to minimise disruption.
• Support in the implementation of new logistics projects.
