Overview

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Technology and Product teams across Germany and France. This is a high-impact strategic role that sits at the heart of our Global R&D organization.

You’ll serve as a bridge between both entities aligning policies processes and communication at a global level to ensure a unified and consistent people strategy. You will work closely with our CTO and leadership teams providing trusted partnership setting clear boundaries and challenging constructively and diplomatically when needed.

You don’t necessarily need to come from an R&D environment but you must bring a strong business understanding a global mindset and the ability to influence and execute in a complex evolving organization.

Your Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
  • Align people strategies with business goals across Tech and Product in Germany and France.
  • Drive organizational design workforce planning and capability building with senior leaders.
  • Ensure HR initiatives directly support our R&D priorities and future growth.
Leadership Coaching & Advisory
  • Partner closely with managers and department heads to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during times of change supporting performance growth and communication.
Cross‑Border Integration
  • Consolidate HR practices tools and communication between Germany and France.
  • Foster collaboration and consistency in performance management compensation and competencies.
Talent & Culture Development
  • Roll out programs that strengthen engagement growth and career mobility across both countries.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Development to build career paths for key roles.
Data‑Driven Decision Making
  • Leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends retention and engagement.
  • Use data to guide strategic decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Your Profile
  • 7 years of HR Business Partner experience ideally within Tech Product or SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in international and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with a mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills especially with executive leaders.
  • Fluent in English; good command or understanding of French or German is a strong plus.
  • Experience in transformation post‑merger integration or fast‑paced change environments.
Nice to have
  • Experience harmonizing global processes and policies.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and people analytics tools.
  • Background in technology or product‑driven organizations.
