Your profile

Core Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development and JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails. If this isn't given we expect very high proficiency in similar backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Laravel), and high proficiency in Vue.js, for at least the last 3 years. Being excited to learn and spend most of your time with Rails is a must, naturally.
• Experience with database performance optimization (Postgres) and basic web application security
• Proven ability to design scalable, efficient solutions using modern web technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Your timezone is between UTC+0 and UTC+5
