Your mission

• You actively shape the further development of our platform — from new features to entire architectures.
• Frontend, backend, DevOps — you feel at home everywhere and deliver quickly & cleanly.
• You deliver quickly implementable, efficient solutions across the entire stack — with a focus on quality, stability, and scalability.
• You bring your know-how into the team : code reviews, tech discussions, feedback for the Head of Software, and input for strategy.

Your profile

• Degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies :
• Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy
• SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch
• AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI
• JavaScript, Next.js (React)
• Testing & DevOps are not foreign words to you.
• Nice to have : SEO and AI knowledge.
• Fluent English; German is a bonus.
• Startup mindset : “You build it, you run it!” — take responsibility, drive things forward, enjoy shaping.
