Your Tasks:

• Develop and implement innovative solutions for the semiconductor industry, particularly in packaging and process integration.
• Address complex technical challenges in microelectronics package design and develop customized solutions.
• Provide technical consulting and support for both national and international customer projects.
• Lead and manage development projects and interdisciplinary teams for the introduction of new products and processes.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new segments and develop strategies.
• Perform feasibility studies and continually expand technological knowledge.
• Support the sales team with technical arguments and presentations.

Your Skills:

• Completed studies in Engineering or Natural Sciences (e.g. Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science) with several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in packaging.
• Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and a well-organized working style.
• Passion for technical developments and innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage projects independently.
• Willingness to collaborate with international teams.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
