Candidates should be prepared for national and international travel.

• Experience in strategic planning and implementation within large corporate organizations.
• Experienced in managing complex projects, ideally with focus on business processes.
• Prepared to travel nationally and internationally.

• Develop Exentec’s overall strategy in collaboration with Exentec Management.
• Support the creation of business line-specific strategies in close alignment with operational units.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives in cooperation with business units and other functions.
• Organize the annual strategic planning process, including strategy meetings with Exentec Management.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Strategy & Strategic Program

• Develop Exentec’s overall strategy in collaboration with Exentec Management.
• Support the creation of business line-specific strategies in close alignment with operational units.

Strategic Program & Initiatives

• Establish and continuously enhance Exentec’s strategic program.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives in cooperation with business units and other functions.
• Monitor and report on all initiatives regularly.
• Conduct deep dives on selected strategic topics.

Strategic Planning Process

• Organize the annual strategic planning process, including strategy meetings with Exentec Management.
• Prepare annual market and competitive analyses in collaboration with the respective business lines.

Communication

• Develop and deliver presentations on Exentec’s strategy.
• Support internal communication of the strategy within Exentec and across Exyte.

Show your expertise

• University / Post Graduate (Master Degree) studies or MBA (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management or comparable)
• More than 5 years of operational experience in Strategy or Business Consulting
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation within large corporate organizations
• Experienced in managing complex projects, ideally with focus on business processes
• Fluent in English and German, further languages of advantage
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Prepared to travel nationally and internationally
