Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of innovative mobile software solutions for health sector clients – native iOS and/or Android or web-based frameworks
• Collaborate with clinical teams, UI/UX designers, and software architects to create user journeys and functional requirements
• Lead and coordinate Near- and Offshore development teams; manage external partners and service providers
• Ensure a stable, secure, scalable, and high-quality software architecture across all layers – from infrastructure to frontend, installation, and application
• Support business development through technical advisory, training, and identifying new potential in Digital Health

Required qualifications

• Graduation in (Medical) Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related IT field; 3–5+ years of experience in mobile application development within healthcare
• Strong knowledge of native or web technologies such as Java, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin/Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose; experience with modern architectures (e.g., MVVM) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular); backend experience (e.g., Spring Boot) is desirable
• Experience leading international development teams and stakeholder management, including project leadership, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and technical experts
