(Senior) Consultant Quantitative Supply Chain Scientist (f/m/d)

Supply chains are extremely complex and interacting systems. Isolated or local changes can have a major impact on the performance of the entire supply chain. We counter this uncertainty with our quantitative solutions, which are constantly evolving to meet the needs of fast-growing industries and markets. We apply methods from operations research or machine learning. As a Supply Chain Scientist and member of our team it is your task to deal with complex Supply Chain issues and to develop new quantitative strategies. Our technical and industry experts are constantly at your side in intensive training sessions and as coaches.

What´s your impact?

• You will carry out exciting quantitative supply chain science projects as a consultant or developer for our national and international customers.
• You will design and implement new analytical consulting concepts in the field of supply chain management and develop quantitative solution methods (R, Python or Java).
• Together with an international and interdisciplinary team you will implement them.
• Depending on experience, you will take over (sub-) project management tasks.
• Locations: Mannheim, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg or Flex-Office.

How do you stand out?

• You have experience from consulting and/or development projects, preferably with initial (partial) project management responsibility.
• Ideally you have experience in mathematical modelling, the implementation of algorithms or in simulation tools.
• You have knowledge in one of the programming languages R, Python or Java.
• You like to work in a team and have a high customer orientation.
• Sure communication in German and English is a matter of course for you.
