Overview
Senior Client Success & Relationships Manager (f/m/d) at E.ON Digital Technology. The team focuses on technology in-house consulting, Expert Services, and accelerating E.ON's Digital Transformation strategy. You will lead a team of specialists, build deep client partnerships, and shape standards to ensure consistency and excellence across accounts.
Responsibilities
- Account & Relationship Management - Build and implement a best-in-class Account Management Framework across all client segments, fostering deep partnerships and driving exceptional client satisfaction.
- Business Development & Growth - Shape and sustain our Business Development Methodology, ensuring disciplined pipeline management to maximize value and accelerate growth.
- Client & Market Insights - Increase strategic relevance by strengthening client insight processes and competitive intelligence, enabling a differentiated and compelling service portfolio.
- Client Communication & Positioning - Amplify client success stories and showcase impact to reinforce reputation as the partner of choice.
- Leading a Team - Staffing, building and leading a highly skilled consulting team specialized in business development
Your Profile
- Client Relationship Management: Several years of experience leading client relationship and account management activities within a professional services company.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to shape reputation and to communicate value to various stakeholders and decision makers on different (executive) levels
- Consulting Skills & Strategic Thinking: Profound consulting background with outstanding skills in strategic thinking and problem-solving as well as a strong sense of customer orientation to deep organization and planning skills
- Influence & Change Management: Ability to develop sound approaches, ensure buy-in and make people follow your direction to guarantee an effective influence and change management
- Commercial & Business Acumen: Strong commercial mindset in line with the ability to deal with ambiguity in a highly dynamic working environment
- International Collaboration: Experience in working in internationally distributed teams and with external partners, being fluent in English and German
- People Leadership: Proven people leadership skills and passion for coaching specialists and helping teams grow in clarity, confidence and client impact
