(Senior) Business AI Adoption Specialist (f/m/d) for the SAP AI Unit

What you’ll do

You will be part of the central SAP AI Unit and work with our customers to use and implement SAP Business AI solutions, helping them to improve their business results based on latest machine learning technology. In this role you work closely with our international teams and the office of the CTO to achieve high value propositions with machine learning technology in the daily work of our customers and make sure that they are adopting successfully our technology. You will be a representative for SAP Business AI on internal and external events and demonstrate our customers and teams the value of SAP Business AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive campaigns to create awareness of latest AI technology at customers and the internal field organization.
• Guide through the setup and adoption process and create learning resources like tutorials, webinars, or guides.
• Track and monitor usage and consumption of AI products.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to collect and provide structured and actionable feedback.

What you bring

You are an intrinsically motivated person with a high interest in applying machine learning technology in a customer’s daily work and helping them to improve efficiency. Your strong SAP background helps you understand the SAP technology and components used to build our AI solutions. You are up-to-date with machine learning technologies and industry topics like Generative AI, Agents and Agent-to-Agent Communication. You have a can-do attitude and enjoy structuring work results and creating regular reporting on progress and results for C-Level audiences.

Role requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Economics with applied Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Guiding and driving teams to successful AI adoption
• Thought leader for adoption campaigns and activities
• Reporting and presentation skills on C-Level
• Good overview of machine learning technologies
• Strong SAP background with one or more of S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Solutions
• Programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
