About the Firm

The Luxembourg office plays a strategic role within the network, advising on complex cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.

The Role

To strengthen its Banking & Finance practice, the firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Luxembourg team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of financing operations, including:

  • Secured lending and acquisition finance;
  • Real estate finance and fund finance;
  • Capital markets transactions such as bond issuances and listings;
  • Advising clients on regulatory and collateral arrangements;
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, working closely with partners and international teams.
Candidate Profile

Please note: this position is strictly open to qualified lawyers admitted to a Bar, with experience gained in a law firm – legal counsel or in-house profiles will not be considered.

  • Lawyer with 4–6 years PQE in banking & finance, leveraged finance or funds finance, ideally gained in a leading international law firm;
  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or IV) or another EU jurisdiction, or eligible to attend the CCDL;
  • Strong academic background, ideally with postgraduate studies abroad (LL.M. or business school degree);
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); knowledge of another language would be a valuable asset;
  • Dynamic, flexible and autonomous, with excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset;
  • Team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
