Position Summary

The Senior Admin Analyst provides frontline operational support for telematics systems, assisting senior administrators with device management, data quality validation, dashboard monitoring, and alert resolution. This role ensures accurate driver-to-vehicle associations, healthy device status, and reliable telemetry data that operations, leadership, and safety teams depend on for daily decision-making.

Scope of Work
  • Provide day-to-day administration of telematics, including users, drivers, devices, and asset data.
  • Ensure consistent naming conventions, device health, and data accuracy across the platform.
  • Monitor dashboards and alerts to identify and resolve issues such as unassigned trips and incorrect driver associations.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot alerts related to safety, operations, and compliance.
  • Support Area Work Centers (AWCs) with telematics troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, driver pairing, and camera alignment.
  • Maintain and update process and system documentation.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive telemetry, location history, and driver-related information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day telematics issues efficiently and accurately.
