We are looking for support forEurofins Germany Medical Device Testing at the Planegg site near Munich as soon as possible.

Job Description
  • Own the commercial relationship with strategic accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all testing‑related needs
  • Drive account development through structured planning, stakeholder mapping, and proactive engagement
  • Translate client challenges into tailored testing solutions, leveraging Eurofins’ full capability portfolio
  • Lead client‑facing feasibility sessions, workshops, and negotiations with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction, without micromanaging execution
  • Maintain CRM discipline as a reflection of strategic thinking, not administrative compliance
  • Represent Eurofins externally with credibility: at conferences, webinars, and industry forums
Qualifications

Must Have

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or key account management, ideally in complex service environments
  • Experience in medical device, pharma, or healthcare sectors (mandatory); testing services exposure is a plus
  • Proven track record of revenue growth, client retention, and strategic account development
  • Formal degree not required; proven commercial success and domain understanding are valued over degrees
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience in agile, fast‑paced commercial environments with cross‑functional collaboration
  • Exposure to digital health, MedTech innovation, or data‑driven sales approaches
  • Strong commercial acumen: ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions, understand margin dynamics, navigate complex pricing structures, and influence decision‑making across stakeholder levels
  • Willingness for regular travel within the target region
  • Language skills: German (C1/C2, non‑negotiable), English (C1/C2, non‑negotiable)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ISO 10993, ISO 18562, EU MDR, or related regulatory frameworks
  • Experience managing international clients or coordinating across multi‑site setups
  • Advanced degree or certification in regulatory affairs, MedTech, or business strategy
  • Knowledge of GLP/GMP environments and testing workflows
