Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for a Scrum team by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as Agile Coach for a Kanban team by visualizing the workflow, managing the work in progress (WIP), and facilitating regular team meetings.
• Coach and mentor both teams on Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Shield the teams from external distractions, allowing them to focus on their commitments.
• Promote collaboration between the teams and other stakeholders.
• Track and report on key agile metrics to provide insights into team performance and progress.
• Help the Product Owner to effectively manage the backlog.

About The Role

As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach at Genow, you will work within our Engineering department, supporting the development of the cutting-edge Wingman platform. This is a dynamic role where you'll serve as both a Scrum Master and Agile Master (Kanban), guiding two distinct teams to achieve their full potential.

You'll be a servant leader, helping the teams understand and practice agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks. Your primary goal is to remove impediments, facilitate effective communication, and ensure the teams are self-organizing and continuously improving.
