Your Responsibilities as Customs and Foreign Trade Manager:

• Lead our compliance initiatives related to international trade and customs within our European division, managing your team.
• Regularly monitor risks using IT-supported regulatory tools and advise our entities effectively and operationally.
• Oversee VAT and cross-border logistics and supply chain considerations alongside compliance, export, and customs regulations.
• Provide leadership to our European customs and foreign trade team, fostering solution-oriented development and collaboration across interfaces with stakeholders.

Your Profile for Our International Compliance Setting:

• Several years of customs and trade experience, ideally with a successful degree and further training; experience with matrix organizations and international subsidiaries is a plus.
• Experience in a responsible role, with a desire to lead a team towards goal achievement, methodology, and growth; leadership experience is advantageous.
• Structured and solution-oriented working style, with risk management skills suitable for a manufacturing company's international compliance environment.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (very good or B2/C1 level), with an open communication approach.
