- You have knowledge of CampusNet or another student information system
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are enthusiastic about the higher education sector and demonstrate a high degree of reliability, initiative, organizational skills, team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
- You are open to working in an international environment and display great communication skills, intercultural awareness, and openness to new experiences and challenges

Your Responsibilities
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the academic staff to determine, schedule and coordinate individual staffing needs based on student numbers and program requirements;
- Scheduling of all courses for the Berlin location and, if needed, provide support to the Scheduling team at the other campuses;
- Creating timetables for all degree programs at the campus in CampusNet;
- Coordination and editing of the timetables in cooperation with the lecturers of all departments;
- Answering to student inquiries regarding Scheduling related matters in English and German;
- Reservation of rooms for optimal planning based on availability, student numbers, and course needs, in compliance with various safety concepts;
- Entering and managing data in the student administration system CampusNet.
