Responsibilities

• Experience in SAP PM / EAM
• Knowledge in more than one of the following areas: Master Data Migration activity in SAP PM / EAM
• Process knowledge in PM / EAM
• Basic S/4HANA changes in PM / EAM
• Good knowledge of Rollout Methodologies
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Document Functional Designs, Test cases and results
• End User Trainings
• Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations, addressing issues, analyzing logs, and providing timely resolution of any integration-related problems
• Configure key SAP PM components: preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, refurbishment, and calibration
• Utilize SAP Fiori apps and/or SAP S/4HANA capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Design and implement KPIs and dashboards for maintenance performance monitoring
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor for asset management solutions
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior consultants and business users
• Perform root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective measures to prevent future disruptions
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budget

Qualifications

• Preferred: S/4HANA / SAP PM / EAM certification
• Experience in Utility Industry
• Exposure to working in Agile Methodology
