• Strong technical experience with German private pension contributions, preferred insurance background.
• Extensive experience in time management, including monthly and yearly payroll end activities and reporting, with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with German private pension contributions, including schema and rules adjustments.
• Implementation of new legal requirements.
• Adjustment of schema, rules, functions, and features.
• Experience with modifications and user exits.
• Adjustment of forms (pay slips, certifications, etc.).
• Incident analysis.
• Adjustment of SAP standard accounting programs and maintenance of customer-specific accounting programs.
