Sales Manager Germany
Mission

Reporting to the Sales Director Germany ensures both the management and development of the business in Germany for medium and low voltage solutions, including the management of P&L as well as the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.

Main responsibilities
  • Ensures the turnover and the margin by effective implementation of the sales plan;
  • Responsible for the management of the relationship between company and customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company;
  • Provides the guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director;
  • Defines budget and target priorities, assures the periodic sales monitoring, control and forecasting;
  • Identifies and qualifies new customers and proposes the organizational development of the business opportunities;
  • Recognizes and implements the most commercially viable solutions for accounts;
  • Develops a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector and use this to develop relationships and opportunities.
Knowledge and experience
  • Business or Engineering Degree, MBA is a plus;
  • At least 6 years' experience at electric manufacturing companies (transformers, control panels, power stations, switchgears);
  • History of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence;
  • Good knowledge of the market.
