YOUR ROLE

As Sales Manager – Health Insurance, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth in the German public and private health insurance space, with a focus on international students. You will work closely with our insurance and university partners, lead efforts toincrease conversion rates, and collaborate with our internal product team to ensure our offerings are competitive and aligned with market needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow our presence in the public and private health insurance market in Germany
  • Serve as the liaison for university partners, building trust and driving cooperation
  • Identify and implement actions to increase the conversion rate of health insurance sign-ups
  • Work closely with the insurance product team to optimize offerings and improve user experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for insurance partnersand managing relationships
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and trends in German health insurance, especially as they relate to international students


YOUR PROFILE
  • 3–5 years of experience in the German insurance industry, ideally in a sales, advisory, or partnership role
  • Expert understanding of the German health insurance system – bothGKV (statutory) andPKV (private)
  • §34d GewO insurance license (mandatory requirement)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with international customers or in an educational context is a plus
  • Fluent inGerman andEnglish (both written and spoken)
