Job Title : Sales Financing Specialist (Third-Party Contractor)

Job Location : Düsseldorf, Germany

We are currently looking for a Sales Financing Specialist (fixed-term contract with third-party contractor) to work within our European team in Düsseldorf office.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Maintain post-loan business data for IT systems related to sales financing, including shipment declaration, collection tracking, ledger information, data supplementation, verification, and redundant data cleanup, to support sales financing payment operations such as interest and fee payments, principal collection, and transfer, including payment document review, amount verification, and initiation of payment applications.
2. Execute credit management-related customer financial reports, operational, and macroeconomic data cleaning and analysis :

1) Collect, analyze, and clean customer/partner financial report information for rating, analysis, and modeling.

2) Clean operator user data, ARPU, market share, and other information.

3) Clean external ratings, EIU, economic indicators, and other data.

4) Support rating and credit line information entry, initial rating assessments.

5) Manage routine rating and credit line tracking; manage credit risk mitigation tools: acquisition, entry, and maturity management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance or relevant field.
• Basic understanding of financial and economic concepts, including financial management, international trade, taxation, etc.
• 1-2 years of finance-related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese; multilingual skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication, responsibility, teamwork, proactive attitude, honesty, stability, and learning ability.
