Zusammenfassung

A global technology leader is seeking a Sales Engineer for E-Mobility and Aerospace applications across the EMEA region. This role involves identifying leads, providing consultancy, and managing the sales cycle from start to finish. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering and 2+ years of technical sales experience, alongside strong communication and presentation skills. The position is mainly based in Nuremberg but open to strong candidates across Europe willing to travel when needed.

What’s the Job All About?

This isn’t your typical sales gig. As our Sales Engineer / Technical Business Development Manager, you’ll be out there driving real change—partnering with engineers, research pioneers, and industrial innovators in the E-Mobility, Aerospace and Defense industry across Europe, Africa and Middle East

Your mission:
  • Hunt down opportunities – Identify and pursue leads in the EMEA region across mobility and aerospace sectors.
  • Be a consultant and partner for the client – more than just a provider.
  • Show the magic – Present our Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation technology and wow customers with demos that spark curiosity and solutions.
  • Seal the deals – From first call to handshake, manage the full sales cycle and close deals that matter.
  • Build relationships that last – Create and grow partnerships with universities, research institutions, and major industry players.
  • Be the voice of the field – Collaborate closely with our R&D and pre-sales teams to tailor the right solutions.
Who Are We Looking For?

You’re not afraid of a challenge, and you thrive on building something that matters. You love tech, people, and rolling up your sleeves.

Must-haves:
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computational Engineering, or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales / business development, or application engineering in one of the mentioned industries —bonus points for simulation or embedded systems knowledge.
  • You speak English and another major European language fluently.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills—you can turn complex tech into real-world value.
  • You’re curious, self-driven, and comfortable with flexible work environments.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe / EMEA region (up to 25%).

Location :

Preferably based in one of our offices in Europe (Nuremberg, Paris, Barcelona, Edinburgh or Krakow), but we're open to strong candidates across these countries who are ready to connect virtually and travel when needed.
