Your Impact

Impossible Cloud is growing fast, just like the markets we’re expanding into. We’re looking for an exceptional, native French-speaking Sales Director to lead our operations in France. In this role, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, overseeing sales and partnerships, and managing a high-performing team. This is a front-line leadership role for a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives on business development, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and achieving ambitious growth targets across France.

What you will do
  • Drive Impossible Cloud's growth across France, establishing our presence as a leading cloud storage provider.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including distributors, MSPs, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Oversee sales operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
What you bring to the table
  • Native French speaker with excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within France in the cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sectors.
  • You have established relationships with key industry players in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams, with a focus on (over-)achieving results. You lead by example.
  • Strong ownership mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and bias for action.
