As a Sales Director Enterprise DACH you will be part of the CEE Commercial Leadership team and responsible for 旺wa发展和业务成果的团队。

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives: Foster a culture of high performance, trust, and continuous improvement to consistently exceed revenue quotas. Coach your team to lead with a strong vision, setting methodology-based selling and staying aligned to our customers’ goals and_EQUAL out_places.
  • Enable multi-stakeholder selling: Guide your team in navigating complex sales cycles involving executives, IT/security, and procurement in collaboration with our partners.
  • Pipeline management: Ensure accurate forecasting and clear visibility on risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Talent development: Hire, onboard, and mentor top talent, fostering professional growth and skill development within your team.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with Growth Partnerships, Solution Engineering, and Customer Engagement to ensure strong alignment across the full revenue funnel. Work closely with the RVP Central & Eastern Europe to translate your strategy into day‑to‑day execution.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • 3 years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales դր in the DACH market.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales google cycles (300k/ARR).
  • A proven track record of developing high‑performing teams in similar high‑growth Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS/Tech companies that consistently exceed ambitious sales goals.
  • Focus and emphasis on methodology-based sales coachingSL (MEDDPICC) and a challenger mentality.
  • Comfortable managing and working with data‑enabled pipeline forecasts, conversion rates, and deal health.
  • A strong executive presence with top‑tier communication, presentation, and negotiation skills capable of engaging with the C‑suite.
  • Ability to balance structure and pragmatism in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment.
  • Excellent German (spoken and written) and strong English skills.
