A leading AI startup in Berlin seeks a Sales Director Enterprise DACH to lead and coach a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record in team leadership, and strong negotiation skills. You will manage complex sales cycles and work closely with various stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
