Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Vertrieb.
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsbeziehungen zu verwalten.

We are looking for a committed and customer-orientated colleague to join us as

SALES DIRECTOR DACH M / F / D

Main Tasks :

  • Drive and reach Group sales and HANZA’s Cluster Germany goals and targets
  • Lead the Account Managers team by setting targets, supporting activity planning, and providing follow-up and coaching
  • Serve as a point of escalation for the Sales Team when necessary
  • Act as sales representative for assigned large-scaled new and existing customers
  • Identify new qualified Leads and contribute to winning new customers for HANZA Group and Cluster Germany
  • Lead contract- and business negotiations and create strategic account plans for defined customers
  • Visit customers frequently and ensure a good business relationship
  • Market and support the sales of HANZA’s advisory services
  • Report sales projects and customer activities
  • Responsible to keep the CRM system updated about account information and opportunities
  • Support and lead assigned marketing activities within the geography
  • Support with defining regional and global marketing strategies

Qualifications :

  • You are customer-oriented and have a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Establish good business relationships on all levels and experience in managing complex businesses on different levels within customers prospects
  • Good leadership qualities and the ability to motivate, enthuse and lead others towards set goals
  • Being self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a high level of business mind
  • Structured, well organized, persistent and a strong result focus and drive
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to plan, implement and follow-up on projects and tasks and is interested to learn new things and increase the skills and competence
  • Technical education, sales education and extensive sales experience within manufacturing, consulting services and large deals
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven sales background with at least 5 years in managerial position
  • Experience in setting and follow-up of sales targets for customers and prospects
  • Extensive experience in driving business with large, multinational companies
  • Ability to sell group capabilities to all levels of management at customers and prospects
  • Experience of selling production as a contract manufacturer
  • Used to work with Account Management Plans as well as new Prospect plans
  • Driving license
