Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership or business development management
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
  • Strong experience in team management, coaching, and performance development
  • Fluent in English(both written and spoken)
  • Energetic, dynamic, and result-driven personality with a hands-on and field- oriented approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales organization in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Design and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets
  • Build and expand client relationships, actively pursuing new business opportunities and key accounts
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team, setting KPIs, sales quotas, and development goals
  • Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers and support sales team activities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to maximize customer satisfaction and market penetration
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and ensure competitiveness
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports to senior management
  • Representing the company at industry events, fairs, and client meetings, enhancing the company’s market presence and brand image
