Your Responsibilities
- Lead the national sales strategy to accelerate revenue, market share, and profitable growth across all channels in Germany.
- Strengthen partnerships with major retailers such as EDEKA, REWE, and leading discounters, including ownership of annual negotiations and joint business plans.
- Inspire and develop a high‑performing sales team fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive commercial excellence through accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate closely across functions—Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to deliver powerful in‑market execution.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies with speed and precision.
- Own the sales P&L ensuring sustainable, profitable growth aligned with Kraft Heinz’s long‑term ambitions.
- Build trusted internal relationships with cross‑functional leaders to align commercial strategy and decision‑making while navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations that translate strategy and results into actionable next steps and motivate stakeholders.
- Model an upbeat, high‑energy approach as a positive and challenge‑oriented leader.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive FMCG sales experience in a similar role, including direct responsibility for major German retail customers.
- Proven leadership track record, with the ability to build, coach, and empower high‑performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, trade investment optimization, and complex negotiations.
- Deep understanding of the German retail landscape, market dynamics, and shopper behaviour.
- Strategic yet hands‑on approach, supported by strong analytical and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, enabling effective collaboration across a matrix organization.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
