As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying and pursuing new & existing business opportunities across South Australia and NT. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals with extensive knowledge, creating an environment rich in support and learning. The position focuses on wound care and compression therapy, where you’ll build close relationships with nurses, procurement & key opinion leaders working on solution-based, meaningful work that blends sales expertise with clinical insights.
Acting as the indication expert, you will research market trends, identify potential partners and customers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights, you will develop persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value and impact of our products and solutions on customer outcomes.
Collaboration across cross-functional teams will be essential to executing our strategy and ensuring customer success. Your work will make a direct contribution to our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers.
This role is suited to someone with sales experience and a clinical background; however, we are also open to candidates with clinical experience who have a genuine desire to take their first step into a sales role.
The territory covers South Australia, with visits to both public and private hospitals, as well as quarterly travel to Northern Territory.
