Execution of targeted outbound campaigns: researching target customers identifying decision-makers and crafting relevant outreach messages.
Qualification of leads using proven frameworks (e.g., BANTT) and scheduling discovery calls.
Fast value-driven handling of incoming inquiries (inbound leads).
Maintaining the CRM system with clear meaningful notes and clean pipeline management.
Independent management of the entire SMB sales cycle from first contact to handover to the Customer Success team.
