We’re looking for a motivated, commercially driven and growth-focused SDR to join our EMEA Growth team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll be responsible for re-defining the outbound playbook, prospecting and testing new sales tools, setting appointments for Sales Reps and driving significant revenue growth in the EMEA market. You’ll act as a consultant and first point of contact to advertisers, working with a fast-moving, high-potential market, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need :
- Native or professional fluency in German and English
- Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
- 1–2+ years of (ideally SDR / BDR / Sales) experience in a B2B environment or performance marketing
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward KPIs independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness to do cold calling
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Independence and motivation to manage outbound efforts
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
Bonus points if you have :
- Fluency in multiple EMEA languages. French is a strong advantage but coachable through immersion and localization support
- Familiarity with regional market dynamics (DACH)
- Understanding of the Ecom Ecosystem
- Good understanding of marketing KPIs and how they are connected to each other
- Use of advanced features in tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Salesforce—training can be provided
- Messaging personalization and strategic outreach planning
- Basic understanding of demand generation metrics and reporting (can be developed on the job)
- Adaptability to evolving buyer behaviors and multichannel workflows
How you’ll make an impact :
As a SDR in EMEA, you’ll play a key role in :
- Orchestrating outbound efforts for the entire region and creating together with the Sales Director DACH a outbound playbook for B2B sales
- Testing state of the art sales tools to continuously optimise the sales tool tech stack
- Managing outbound opps – from account sourcing, to enrichment to setting appointments with ideal customer profiles
- Producing a high volume of outreach and creating qualified opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with key partners and external companies that support our outbound efforts
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights
- Participating in key industry events and conferences
- Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, AMs, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, and Support
