You will be reporting to an office in Falcon Heights MN.

Base pay is $29.00/hour plus monthly incentives based on performance.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Convert leads into qualified customer engagements.
  • Manage a prospecting pipeline and develop a sales tracking system to maintain accurate prospect/customer information.
  • Meet sales and sales quality goals.
  • Sell available insurance products to new customers or services existing customers.
  • Estimate and quote policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.
  • Provide solid customer experiences.
  • Grow community contacts to enhance company visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with customers helping them prioritize their needs.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • Provide accurate quotes to clients while multitasking on multiple computer systems/screens.
  • Clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
  • Pursue professional development and growth opportunities, enrolling in continuing education and professional designation programs.
  • Successful track record of success in sales.
Licenses
  • Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record.
  • Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products.
  • Property and Casualty, Life and Health (personal lines authority does not qualify).
  • Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s).
  • Required to pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses within 60 days of hire date.
