About the role

Are you ready to step up from an SDR or BDR role and take full ownership of the sales cycle? Are you confident engaging with C-level executives eager to learn fast and excited to lead the market entry of a complex AI-driven SaaS solution into France?

At 7Learnings, we were on a mission to become the category leader in AI-powered pricing software for retailers and eCommerce businesses. To support our continued growth we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive French Market (m / f / d) to join our team in Berlin.

This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their AE career to open a new market, work closely with experienced AEs and SDRs, and be part of an international team headquartered in Berlin. You’ll develop into a full-cycle seller handling everything from lead generation to closing deals while driving 7Learnings’ expansion into the French market.

Expect strong coaching, exposure to enterprise sales processes and the potential to grow into an account management role as we scale in France.

Your mission
  • Lead our market entry into France: Build awareness, establish relationships, and generate initial traction in the French retail and eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Own the top of the funnel: Build and qualify a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and event follow-ups.
  • Learn and eventually lead the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from discovery to product demo, proposal and closing.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (C‑Level, VP, Director) across enterprise retail and eCommerce accounts.
  • Explain a complex AI solution in a simple and compelling way tailored to the customer’s business case.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner managers to localize messaging and campaigns for the French market.
  • Be based in Berlin and travel to France for client meetings, industry events and conferences as needed.
  • Contribute to CRM hygiene, reporting and refining sales playbooks for new market development.
Your profile

Must‑Haves :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR with strong performance or early AE).
  • Native or C2‑level French skills and excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with C‑level executives.
  • A smart analytical mindset – curious, coachable and comfortable selling a complex technical solution.
  • Experience in enterprise sales or working with larger accounts.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and driving lead generation.
  • A strong LinkedIn presence/network (connections in relevant French industries is a plus).
  • Based in Berlin with willingness to travel to France for meetings and events when necessary.

  • Experience in the retail or eCommerce industries.
  • Familiarity with AI or data‑driven software solutions.
  • Previous experience opening or developing new regional markets.
  • Experience working in international teams.
