Exciting Career Opportunity: Performance Marketing Manager (with Russian) Remote, Europe

Join as a Performance Marketing Manager and become part of a leading international team! This is an incredible chance to work fully remote from anywhere in Europe (excluding Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine), or if you prefer an in‑office environment, we also offer the option to work from our office in Montenegro.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Russian & English (both verbal and written).
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in Paid Social Media marketing, particularly with Facebook Ads and mobile campaigns.
• EdTech or FinTech industry experience is a must.
• Proven ability to manage, optimize, and scale direct response social media campaigns.
• Excellent skills in data analysis, tracking, and generating insights from campaign performance.
• Proficient in managing platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Optimize and scale campaigns to achieve ROAS targets.
• Oversee creative development processes, including user‑generated content (UGC).
• Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages for optimal performance on Android and iOS.
• Analyze campaign data to assess success, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest paid social media best practices, ensuring cutting‑edge campaign management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
• Strong technical understanding of social media buying platforms.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative and enthusiasm.
