Your mission

• Comprehensively evaluate the RF-SOI process performance through designing test cases to identify process shortcomings.
• Design accurate RF-SOI MOSFET models (including small-signal and large-signal) to enhance the consistency between simulation and measurement.
• Improve the RF-SOI switch performance through process optimization, including insertion loss, harmonics, and power.

Your areas of expertise

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.
• 10+ years of experience in RF-SOI process for RF Switch, fab experience is prefer.
• Hands on experience of RF-SOI MOSFET models design.
• Hands on experience of RF Switch performance improvement.
• Should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with good communication skills.
• Should be able to travel to China.
