About The Role

As a Sales and Experience Representative at Smartech KaDeWe, you’ll be at the heart of the action, engaging with customers, showcasing innovation, and helping them find the perfect tech and lifestyle products.

We’re looking for confident communicators who can build relationships, recommend products, and make every customer interaction memorable. If you love technology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for people – this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer engagement by listening, understanding needs, and providing tailored recommendations
  • Confidently demonstrate product features and benefits with a focus on tech, gaming, and e-mobility
  • Stay updated on product specifications and industry trends to give expert advice
  • Drive sales performance by upselling, cross-selling, and exceeding targets
  • Help create a welcoming, dynamic, and inclusive in-store atmosphere
Requirements
  • Language: Minimum B2-level German (essential) and conversational English
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or retail strongly preferred
  • Personality: Tech-savvy, customer-focused, with great communication and negotiation skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Contract & Benefits
  • Hours: Full-time only
  • Salary: €13 per hour + commissions and bonuses
  • Start Date: 2nd week of October 2025
