Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, optimize and support our field force service teams within the field force agencies
• Responsible for improving the efficiency, productivity and performance of field representatives
• Sell-Out target achievement, target setting and monitoring
• Regular analyze KPIs and productivity data to enhance performance efficiency through reporting and plans
• Creating field strategies and plans based on business department requirement
• Management and monitoring execution of field force teams and budget
• Market intelligence gathering
• Employee engagement & retention, build a high-performing and motivated field team culture
