Your mission

The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant hosts and serves Berliners and their guests since 2009.

Our Team creates a wide array of experiences tailored to the needs and desires of the occasion across a variety of hotel rooms, event & public spaces. In our restaurant, café/bar we serve the best local produce, sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters and suppliers we trust, as well as from our own Michelberger Farm, a food forest in the Spreewald/Brandenburg.

The Michelberger Family additionally includes the ORA Restaurant, MXPSM Distillery, the PEOPLE Festivals as well as the Beverage company Fountain of Youth.

As "Breakfast Supervisor" you are responsible for the service process in your shift in the restaurant for breakfast and lunch:

  • Management of the service shift: Monday to Friday breakfast buffet & à la carte lunch service, Saturday and Sunday brunch buffet
  • Optimisation and control of service standards
  • Co-operation with employees in the café, event service and kitchen
  • Staff management & development
  • Support with reservation management for the day

  • Great pleasure in team leadership and teamwork
  • Professional and friendly demeanour when dealing with guests and colleagues
  • Host from the heart
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a managerial role
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • German (min. B2) & English fluent
